Berry Cherry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 cup frozen cherries

  • ½ tbsp beet powder

  • 4 oz tart cherry juice

  • ¼ cup hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • ½ lime, juiced

  • Pinch salt

Directions:

  • Make sure frozen ingredients are slightly thawed before blending. To do so, leave the frozen fruit out at room temp for 10-15 minutes, or microwave for 45 seconds to soften quickly.

  • Add smoothie ingredients to blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If your blender has a tamper, use it to help the blender keep moving. Otherwise, you may have to stop once or twice and scrape down the sides to fully incorporate all ingredients.

Notes: Adding a pinch of salt to your smoothie may sound strange, but it helps balance the flavors.
