4th of July Red, White, and Blueberry Parfait

This delicious recipe is from our very own Ruckus Kitchen.

Ingredients:

  • A large container of coconut yogurt (we love Culina) NOTE: if you need a lower fat option, try a vegan yogurt made from almond or cashew milk.

  • 2 Cups chopped strawberries

  • 2 Cups Blueberries

  • 2 Bananas

Directions:

  1. In a glass or serving bowl add one layer of each ingredient.

  2. Repeat as needed.
