Susan Cowan Morse, MS

Imagine being a really healthy person who gets sick all the time. That was an apt description of me up till the age of 35. Since early childhood, I was tired and achy most of the time, on antibiotics frequently, constant headaches, decreased energy, and mental fog. Then something miraculous happened for me! I met a holistic nutritionist who helped me to discover the way that food impacted my body. With her guidance, I began discovering food allergens and my life began to change dramatically. I truly began to understand the famous quote by Greek physician Hippocrates, “Let food be thy medicine, and let medicine be thy food”.

Today, at age 52, eating whole foods and plant-based, I have more energy, enthusiasm and greater mental clarity and stamina than I ever had in my life before. Food is one of the significant components of our lifestyle that greatly impacts our well-being, our sense of self, and our ability to create the life of our dreams.

Based on my own life experience, I am passionate about helping others find the connection and relationship between the quality of their life and the foods they eat. It is absolutely energizing and inspiring to help someone uncover the energy, well-being, and joy that are already inside of them that have been buried under inflammation. That's why I'm part of Ruckus Health.

We are committed to facilitating this awakening on a large scale across the globe to help build a world in which every human feels vibrant, whole, and healthy, thus able to share their gifts on a daily basis.
